This Privacy Policy describes how TrendyIQ ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use any of our mobile applications: Buyer App Seller App Admin App

By using any TrendyIQ app, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Full name and email address when you register
• Password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plain text)
• Phone number (optional, for delivery contact)

Buyer App

• Delivery address and delivery instructions entered at checkout
• Order history and purchased products
• Product reviews and ratings you submit

Seller App

• Store name, description, and business information
• Product listings including titles, descriptions, prices, and images
• Sales and revenue data generated by your store

Admin App

• Administrator credentials (email only)
• Actions taken within the platform (audit log)

Usage Data

• App interaction logs (screens visited, taps) for debugging purposes
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash reports (anonymous)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process and fulfill orders
• To display your products to buyers (Seller App)
• To send order status notifications
• To resolve disputes and provide customer support
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We may share data only in the following limited cases:

• Between buyers and sellers: When an order is placed, the seller sees the buyer's name and delivery address to fulfill the order.
• Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure (hosting, database) to operate the platform. These providers process data strictly on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights of users and the platform.

4. Push Notifications

Our apps may send push notifications for order updates, seller approvals, and platform alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

• الإجراءات المتخذة داخل المنصة (سجل المراجعة)

بيانات الاستخدام

• سجلات تفاعل التطبيق (الشاشات التي تمت زيارتها، النقرات) لأغراض تصحيح الأخطاء
• نوع الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل
• تقارير الأعطال (مجهولة الهوية)

٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

• إنشاء حسابك وإدارته
• معالجة الطلبات وتنفيذها
• عرض منتجاتك للمشترين (تطبيق البائع)
• إرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب
• حل النزاعات وتقديم دعم العملاء
• تحسين أداء التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة.

٣. مشاركة البيانات

قد نشارك البيانات فقط في الحالات المحدودة التالية:

• بين المشترين والبائعين: عند تقديم طلب، يرى البائع اسم المشتري وعنوان التوصيل لتنفيذ الطلب.

قد ترسل تطبيقاتنا إشعارات فورية بشأن تحديثات الطلبات وموافقات البائعين وتنبيهات المنصة. يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. إذا حذفت حسابك، سنزيل معلوماتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً، إلا في الحالات التي يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها (مثل سجلات المعاملات للأغراض الضريبية).
